Christian Peterson, aka The Maple Grove Barefoot Guy and The Barefoot Lawyer, joined me to talk about CrossFit. We discussed how it’s different from other exercise programs, why it’s great for women, what a Box is, barefoot/minimalist and CrossFit, is strong really the new skinny?, and food (Paleo fans are going to love this!).
We also discuss whether gender disparity really exists in the barefoot running community and my shameful objectification of my innocent guest.
Also, I threw super hero Christian under the bus with one topic, but he did a great job of keeping his cool. It’s a topic I’ve never ventured to mention with any guest in the past… I knew Christian could handle it.
I also bring up the May 6th International Barefoot Running Day! It’s time to celebrate, folks!
