The best thing in barefoot running to hit the shelves since Born to Run!
I have fallen back in love with barefoot running! This movie is beautiful, it’s informative, and it’s enlivening.
If you’re new to running, this movie will get you off the couch; and if you’re a runner, it’ll strip off your shoes. Even if you’re a barefoot runner, you’ll be inspired and taken to an entirely new level in your practice.
I’m giving this movie to my chiropractor, my friend and one of you!
WIN A COPY OF THIS AMAZING MOVIE! It’s super easy to enter…
1) Like RBG on Facebook.
2) Write a comment below: “I want to learn how to run barefoot because _____________” OR “I love running barefoot because _____________.”
That’s all you have to do to enter. I’ll chose a winner (randomly) on Friday, October 5 at 5:00pm PST.
I’m going to read your winning comment on the Run Barefoot Girl podcast, so make it readable!
Good luck!

I love running barefoot because of the spareness and simplicity of it. It’s just me out there. No equipment. Just me and the wide world … and so I go.

I love running barefoot because it makes me feel primal, one with the earth, and I feel like the earth is there to push back, to keep me in flight. I feel more like my legs are swinging airborne under my body and the earth is coming up to kiss the soles of my feet.

I want to learn how to run barefoot because there are so many muscles left un-optimized when they were meant to be used in the grand design of our limbs!

I love running barefoot because it has led me on journeys and adventures, both athletic and personal, I never would have taken in footwear.

I love running barefoot because when I am actually doing it right I can forget about the aches, pains, annoyances, and imperfections of my body.

I want to learn how to run barefoot because I’m convinced that my constant foot pain and injuries that currently prevent me from running is caused by traditional running shoes.

Running barefoot for over 3 years now, I still experience the same joy and the amazing comfort I got when I took my first barefoot run. I’ve been dedicated to running barefoot because to me it’s the only way to run.

I want to learn how to run barefoot because of the significant health benefits I’ve already noticed from running in minimalist shoes. I know it will improve my form, my strength and overall well being. I also love getting my feet dirty!! LOL
